Cancellation policy
Overview
Some products or purchase options offered on Viva Timepiece may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy arrangements.
This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and charges apply to each option.
All purchase option cancellations are subject to approval and must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription is paid in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by accessing the link provided in your order confirmation email or customer account.
Once a subscription charge has been processed, that order is considered confirmed and is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future availability.
Depending on the product, we may collect:
• No payment at checkout
• A partial deposit
• Full payment in advance
Your payment method may be securely stored and charged when the item is ready to ship.
Pre-order cancellation terms
• Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled for a full refund of any amount paid
• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
After fulfillment, refund requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and may be subject to restocking fees or return conditions.
Try Before You Buy
For try-before-you-buy purchases, we will authorize your payment method before shipping the item.
You will be given a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item.
If the item is returned within the allowed timeframe and in acceptable condition, the authorization will be released or adjusted accordingly.
If the item is not returned within the evaluation period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount automatically.
Items returned late, damaged, or used may be charged partially or in full, subject to inspection and approval.
Cancellation Limitations
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
• The item has already been fulfilled or shipped
• The billing cycle for a subscription has already processed
• The try-before-you-buy evaluation period has expired
• The request violates our Return & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
