Seasonal Processing Notice
During peak seasonal periods, warehouse operations may experience increased volume. As a result, order processing times may require an additional 2–5 business days before shipment.
Delivery estimates remain accurate once tracking becomes active. We monitor all shipments closely and will notify customers once orders are dispatched.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during seasonal demand periods.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following destinations only:
United States, Canada, and Australia.
We do not offer shipping to other countries or regions at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or customs clearance.
Guaranteed Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 30 days from the purchase date, we will offer either:
• A full refund, or
• A free reshipment (subject to availability)
This guarantee applies only to confirmed lost shipments and does not cover delays caused by incorrect address information or customs-related issues.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
To request a change or cancellation, please email support@vivatimepiece.com with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Address Accuracy Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
While we will assist where feasible, we cannot guarantee address interception, rerouting, or refunds for deliveries completed to the address provided by the customer.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing an order.
We cannot reroute, refund, or reship orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice an address error within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us immediately at support@vivatimepiece.com, and we will do our best to update the information before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please allow 48 hours, as carriers may occasionally update delivery status early.
After 48 hours, contact your local postal service for confirmation.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, notify us at support@vivatimepiece.com so we can investigate.
Delivered but Not Received
Before contacting us, please:
• Verify the shipping address on your order
• Check for delivery attempt notices
• Inspect your mailbox, porch, garage, or building reception area
• Ask neighbors or household members
• Allow 48 hours for possible delayed status updates
If the package is still missing, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
