What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.
Full Payment
- Full payment is required for pre-orders and can be made using all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel pre-ordered items. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at support@vivatimepiece.com. Please be aware that canceled pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
- Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours from the time of finalizing the pre-order. To cancel, contact our customer support via the contact form. Be sure to include your order number in your cancellation request. The canceled pre-orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy

Refunds for pre-orders canceled after the 48-hour window cannot be processed until after the product delivery date, as displayed on the product page and/or collection page.

Once a pre-order is canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued.
Shipping Information
- Shipping for all pre-orders is scheduled to commence on February 20, 2024. Standard delivery takes up to 15 days, while express shipping will be delivered within 8-12 days.
