Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You have up to 24 hours after purchase to cancel or modify your order, provided it has not yet shipped.

  • To request a change or cancellation, email support@vivatimepiece.com with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Package

  • If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you never received it, please wait 48 hours—sometimes carriers update status early.

  • After 48 hours, contact your local postal service first. If they confirm loss, notify us at support@vivatimepiece.com so we can investigate.

The Package Was Delivered, But You Can’t Find It

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.

  2. Look for a delivery attempt notice.

  3. Check around your property (porch, garage, with neighbors).

  4. Wait 48 hours in case of early status update.

  5. If still missing, contact us within 30 days of expected delivery.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before submitting an order.
  • We cannot reroute or refund shipments failed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you discover an error within 24 hours of purchase, email support@vivatimepiece.com; we will do our best to update before dispatch.
