General Information

• US orders will be through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• International orders will be through the Local Postal Service.
• It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
• A customer will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number when the order is shipped.

Estimated shipping time 

*Some orders may delay 2-4 weeks of delivery (Due to the COVID-19 crisis restrictions) it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order. Usually, the order will be delivered not over 40 days after purchase if any delayed transit.

Tracking 

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website or see at your order status page in a shipping confirmation email from us.

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. Held at customs

'Held at Customs' means the package you are sending to the destination country is held by the officials of the importer country's customs office. These government bodies hold the packages until they ensure that only permissible items cross their border and the taxes (Duties & Excise) are paid for the import.

Customs duties and taxes

The total amount of your purchase does not include customs duties and taxes. Customers will be responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which vary among shipping countries and products. Please contact the customs authority in your country for more details. The Courier will invoice you for the customs duties when the package arrives.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at return center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
