Warranty & Claims Policy

We provide a 30-day limited warranty on all products. If your item arrives defective or malfunctions under normal use within this period, please contact our support team.
This policy covers manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by misuse, modification, water damage (unless specified as waterproof), or normal wear and tear is not covered.
For branded watches such as San Martin or Pagani Design, we are not affiliated with the manufacturer’s warranty and all claims must be made through our store.
